The Nautilus GPS App utilizes your iPhone's camera flash to configure an MMSI number into your Nautilus Marine Rescue GPS, allowing it to transmit Man Overboard alerts to your dive boat for a period of up to 30 minutes, alongside transmitting an emergency distress signal on AIS.
You have the flexibility to select the operational mode of the Marine Rescue GPS, opting for AIS (Automatic Identification System), DSC (Digital Selective Calling), or a combination of both AIS and DSC.
It's important to mention that you can operate the Marine Rescue GPS without the need for an MMSI Number.
